Straight answers
Do you own or control my domain?
No. A domain we buy for you is registered at name.com in your name: you are the legal owner, and we only look after the technical set-up while your plan runs. You can move it to any registrar (new domains have to wait 60 days first). A domain you bring stays at your registrar; we never take custody.
What does £29 a year include?
The domain registration and its renewal, your page, hosting and HTTPS. Nothing is added at checkout.
What happens if I cancel?
Your page stays live until the end of the year you’ve paid for. Before then you can take the domain elsewhere with the transfer code in your dashboard, or simply let it lapse.
What if the name goes before I pay?
We check again just before checkout and once more before registering. If someone else gets it first, we refund the full £29 straight away and email you names that are still free.
Will you help with DNS?
For domains we buy, there’s nothing to do: we set it all up. For a domain you bring, we give you exact records plus steps for Porkbun, Namecheap, Cloudflare, GoDaddy and Route 53.
Can I use my own HTML or scripts?
No. Pages use safe, plain-text fields and one tightly validated optional follow link. That keeps visitors and the platform safer.
What we don’t do
We don’t broker sales, appraise names, run ad-tech, hold your domain hostage or turn a one-line idea into a full company. We give an idea a name and one clear page, and make it easy to see whether anyone cares.
